Joshua McKay

Joshua McKay is the Sole Director of JCM Finance Pty Ltd. Having almost 15 years tenure as a Business Banker in one of Australia’s “Big 4” Banking Institutions, Joshua has experienced various Senior Banking positions.
These roles involved Portfolio Management and exposure / servicing of clients with business turnovers exceeding $100m and funding requirements up to $40m.
Additionally, Joshua was primarily responsible for the preparation and submission of complex lending proposals with justification for recommendations, inclusive of obtaining and analysing industry and business financial information.
Risk management is a particular focus for Joshua. Having been involved in literally thousands of Business and Home Loan transactions, Joshua can add value to most transactions by drawing from many years of experience from potentially similar funding scenarios.
Joshua has lived in South East Qld his entire life resulting in strong and significant contacts on the Gold Coast and Brisbane locale.
Given that these contact points are across a wide spectrum of industries, Joshua will be able to assist potential clients by offering unique funding solutions by leveraging from his contact base.

Grant has been with JCM Finance for 3 years. Prior to transitioning to finance broking he had 24 years of Personal and Commercial banking experience in both London and the ‘Big 4’ Australian Banks. In this time, his focus was on building and maintaining a relationship with his clients and this close relationship is what sets him apart from many in the Finance Broking Industry. Grant will take the time to fully understand what you need from your funder and then draw on his extensive skills, experience and network, to develop and deliver a personal solution to you.
Grant has lived on the Gold Coast for 16 years and is married with two children who are very active in Dance, Football and Lifesaving so understands that most people are time poor. He takes this into account with every request by doing all the ‘Running Around,’ whether this be finding the loan best suited to you, assisting with the application process, dealing with the financier or being flexible with meeting times and locations.
Over his time in finance, Grant has built a network of trusted specialists across multiple industries including Accountancy, Real Estate, Law, Valuations, Insurance and Property Management and if needed can draw on these contacts to make the process even easier for you.

Meet our Client Service Team
Belinda Preston
Belinda is our Lending and Client Service Specialist.
She has worked in the Financial Services industry for 21 years, with the last 9 years being in the Finance Broking industry.
Belinda joined the JCM Finance team at the beginning of 2019 and is an essential part of the day-to-day running of the business.
Currently, Belinda is furthering her knowledge by studying her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Belinda has lived on the Gold Coast since 2014 and is married with one son.
Sara Clarke
Sara is the most recent addition to the JCM Team and provides both lending support and client services. Sara has been in the lending industry for 8 years and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Sara has a Cert IV in Business having previously worked in the Banks. She finds the flexibility and fast paced environment of the broking space a new and exciting transition.
Sara has grown up on the Gold Coast and loves the outdoors.
